My product doesn't seem to be working properly. Can it be repaired?
If your product is within the warranty period (normally 1 year from date of purchase) and you have proof
of purchase {store receipt, credit card statement, copy of cancelled check) our policy is to replace it
free of charge with the exception of a small shipping/handling fee. All returns require a Return Authorization
number, which can be obtained by calling us at 877-212-8700 and asking for the Warranty/Returns Department
My product is not working and is out of warranty. What can I do?
HAI will replace your product, even though it is out of warranty, for 50%of the HAI retail price plus
shipping/handling and Sales Tax if you reside in California. Once again, all returns require a Return
Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling us at 877-212-8700 and asking for the Warranty/Returns
Department.
How long will it take to get my replacement Iron?
We try to send replacements out the same day we receive the faulty iron.
I'm going to Europe on
vacation. Can X use my HAI iron with a voltage converter?
All HAIclassic irons, with the exception of the
Euro Haistik, are designed for use with 110V, 5OW ONLY,
Using a voltage converter can seriously damage your iron
and void your warranty. The Euro Haistik, which can be
purchased in our on-line store, is available for use with
220V and an ideal choice for travel use.
